Bills of Quantities
Our extensive bills of quantity (BoQ) experience helps our clients accurately assess and control costs, and undertake real-time cost monitoring of their projects. Clients use our BoQs to collaborate with stakeholders such as architects, to identify cost saving measures early, and to help them get their projects delivered on-time and on-budget. During tender phase we work with contractors to give them BoQs to the level of detail they require to provide quotes.
Tendering and Procurement
Our Cost Management team offers specialist expertise to help clients procure contractors for their projects, including bulk purchasing. We use deep sector and regional market knowledge to advise clients on the contracting and incentive methods that will achieve the best value for money. We then draft tender documents and contracts, and manage the procurement process, including assessment and award.
Contract Administration
Our expert Contract Administration team helps clients control time, cost and quality on their projects. Our services include management and enforcement of contractual agreements throughout the project lifecycle, including monitoring compliance, resolving disputes, facilitating communication between parties, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
