Morrisons appointed TSA Riley to provide Cost Consultancy services on five of their major workstreams, working on all development stages.

We are involved in the following workstreams:

• New stores – project types include acquisitions, full build and developer Shells
• Manufacturing – internal reconfiguration of various manufacturing plants
• Logistics and distribution – reconfiguration of two existing distribution centres to improve and increase fresh food space
• Modular, Popular and Useful – store roll-out programmes involving new or replacement in-store ancillary equipment/customer offerings
• Petrol filling stations.
