TSA managed the detailed design process and contract administration for the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a new curvaceous 17 level tower.

The building aims to gain a 5 Star Green Star rating and the delivery strategy was a Managing Contractor arrangement with a maximum target sum and incentives to achieve the tight program.

The completed building opened in mid-August and is home to retail, public areas, teaching spaces, library and university administration facilities. For more information about the project visit the UTS Central website.
