We provided project management, cost consultancy and acted as principal designer for these projects:

• Chads, Student Accommodation
  Demolition of listed building extension to create two new student accommodation buildings comprising 23 rooms and associated external works including new boundary, entrance treatment and replacement cycle store.
• Remodelling of Social Spaces
  The redevelopment and reconfiguration of the key showpiece, social, support and functional spaces that are central to the communal life and operational efficiency of the College. These include the Hall and adjacent dining areas, access to the Sherlock Library, SCR and the award winning McGrath Centre; kitchen service and support areas.
• Sherlock Court
  Refurbishment and reconfiguration of listed buildings containing 134 student accommodation rooms which are divided into individual staircases at Sherlock Court and Silver street flats.
