Shurguard Self Storage Warehouse

TSA Riley provided project management, cost management, risk management, design team management, procurement strategy and construction management on two projects, a refurbishment at A40 Gypsy Corner and a new build in Woolwich for Shurgard Self Storage.

The Gypsy Corner project involved the extension of the existing store over the current car park to provide additional storage on three floors with the Woolwich new build warehouse being constructed directly above the newly completed Crossrail Tunnels. The fit-out of the new build included a double mezzanine floor, compartment system, fire alarm and security entry system, including an external system.
