We provided employer’s agent and cost consultancy services. Construction of a new Academy of Community and Leisure for 900 pupils included:

• An eight-court sports hall
• Theatre
• Art gallery
• Enhanced SEN facility
• Community leisure and adult learning facilities
• Learning disability resource centre with multi-sensory and calming rooms
• Kitchen and dining facilities.

The project also comprised extensive external works including:

• Public piazza
• Local equipped area of play activity area
• Landscaped sports pitches
• All weather pitch
• Multi-use games area.
