RBKC Town Hall Refurbishment

The project involved the total office refurbishment of the RBKC Town Hall. The project was phased over four years on a floor by floor basis (over five floors) with sectional completion within each phase to allow for the decanting and replacement of staff in the refurbished areas.

The principle drive for the project was that all of the M&E infrastructure and office layout has come to the end of its useful life and required upgrading to accommodate the requirements of a modern working environment.
