Nesuto Stadium Hotel and Apartments

TSA Riley managed the conversion of this CBD apartment building to increase its offering from a 160 key Aparthotel to a 245-key hotel on behalf of our Australian based client.

The project involved converting 72 of the 160 existing 2-bedroom apartments to create 144 single guestrooms, along with an additional passenger lift, new café/bar and upgraded meeting, admin and front-of-house spaces.

TSA Riley managed all aspects of the project from resource consent through to completion and final dressing of the spaces. The physical works on site were delivered on an accelerated eight-month programme whilst keeping the occupied hotel live throughout.
