M8 Hotels Development

TSA Riley was engaged as the employer’s agent for the Westfield Stratford City’s hotel development. We provided services for two hotels:

Holiday Inn – 188 rooms, including 170 standard rooms, 18 executive rooms and all common and back-of-house space. This included restaurant and bar facilities, conference and meeting rooms, and a hotel fitness room.

Staybridge Suites – 162 suites and all common and back-of-house facilities. This building was formed above an existing retail development, which comprised of a combination of traditional frame and modular construction.
