Inhalation Manufacturing Facility

TSA Riley provided project management and cost consultancy services for the conversion of a warehouse and goods delivery facility to a (pilot plant) manufacturing area for micronising and blending drug products and filling and sealing disks for clinical trials. The central part of the facility, the manufacturing area, was designed and built to provide a class 10k cGMP environment.

The total area of the facility was to be in the order of 3,000m^2.

The sealed disks were then to be transported to a separate (non cGMP) facility for incorporation into completed inhalation devices.
