TSA Riley are working on various projects delivering key distribution hubs in a fast track and high pressure environment with both refurbishments and extentions to existing centres and new builds.
New Build Fulfilment Centre
This fast track construction project included a fit-out contract within an existing warehouse, comprising of the provision of two levels of mezzanine floor total 550,000 sq. ft., alterations to existing office block and drivers hub block, external stair towers and all associated engineering installations.
Refurbishment of and Extensions to Fulfilment Centres
Projects involve providing extra services to existing warehouses, including pick tower extensions, canteen facilities, new entrances, office facilities and infrastructure works. We are currently working on the Dunstable fulfilment centre, which is the first centre to work with robotics. The robots are controlled through a tablet and are capable of lifting more than 1,300kg
