First Way Campus

The First Way scheme saw the construction of a purpose built student campus which provides academic and flexible workspaces in the heart of the Wembley Park regeneration area. The site is located on 1.73 acres of land and was built using volumetric modular units with traditional elements.

The project includes

• 678 bed student accommodation within blocks of up to eleven storeys
• 37,000 sq ft of commercial office and academic space
• 300 person auditorium
• Seminar rooms
• Study areas
• Gym
• Library
• IT suite
• Communal garden areas

TSA Riley provided project management and cost management services, with the project completed in January 2021.
