The Red House Retirement Village

We are working with Enterprise Retirement Living (ERL) on the delivery of their private extra care village developments, providing provided with cost consultancy and employer’s agent services.

Red House comprises the renovation and refurbishment of an existing large property and stable block.

The addition of four new build blocks gives a total of 59 apartments and cottages. A restaurant, bar, catering kitchen, hair salon and gym are amongst the extensive communal facilities provided.

All dwellings are for private sale and range from one bed to three bed properties.
