Park Ridge

Previously known as Coneburn, Park Ridge is 632-section development on a 48ha greenfield site near Queenstown. The first stage of the residential development includes roundabout connection to the state highway, services infrastructure and roading. This project has a challenging five-year programme.

TSA Riley has been engaged to work on the subdivision development which includes 526 residential lots, 14 multi-unit lots and a commercial lot. The commercial precinct will include a daycare centre, and community amenities with a playground, car parking and public toilet facilities. There is also a focus on active transport with cycleways and connection to the Queenstown Trails trust network.  

Our team are providing project management services including feasibility studies; consultant procurement; design management; contractor procurement; contract administration; and construction monitoring.  Our role also includes collaborating with Queenstown Lakes District Council in the development of new 3 Waters assets and upgrades to existing infrastructure to mitigate constraints within existing networks.
