TSA Riley has provided Cost Consultancy and Project Management services and acted CDM Advisor.

We are currently involved in jointly developing their expansion plan and manage a capital spend in excess of £15M per annum.

The projects are typically based on a five week programme, with fit-outs featuring: wall and floor strengthening and finishes, redecoration, new shop front, new plant room, air conditioning and ventilation, lighting and power, roof repairs and damp treatments.
