Botany Toyota Sales and Service Centre

The Botany Toyota Sales and Service Centre consists of a new sales centre and workshop constructed on a greenfield site on the corner of Ti Irirangi Drive and Accent Drive in East Tamaki, Auckland. The workshop and showroom align with the signature colour and shapes of this popular brand and are joined by an angular canopy, which introduced technical challenges in both design and construction.

A carwash was also added late in the project, and it echoes the colours and lines of the main buildings which form part of the Toyota marketing strategy. The perimeter of the site is lined by prominent illuminated signage and landscaping.

TSA Riley provided full project management and Engineer to the Contract services for this award-winning project. This included managing integration with separate retail fit-out contractors, external signage, and mechanical contractors for the workshop to deliver interior operational requirements.
