We provided Bolton Council with cost consultancy services.

The redevelopment of Chorley New Road Primary School doubled the size of the current school and helped cater for children from a new local 1,700 home development. The phased project was constructed adjacent to the existing school, which was then demolished to make way for recreational and play space.
