Badminton Gardens – Anchor

TSA Riley provided Anchor with employer’s agent, cost consultancy and CDM advisor services.

The Badminton Gardens development consisted of a 63 flat Extra Care scheme with associated communal facilities (comprising 42 one-bed and 21 two-bed types). The project was developed on an old school site in Downend. The project was completed on time and within budget.
