TSA Riley provided project management services for the refurbishment of the Tiki Corner building (27 Rees Street) located in the CBD of Queenstown.
This project included structural strengthening of the building to bring it up to 100% NBS, exterior façade removal and rebuild, and management of safe asbestos removal and disposal.
The works combined two intertenancy units and return the tenancy to a shell and core ready for an R M Williams shop fit-out.
