We provided cost consultancy for these projects:

• Cambridge University Library
  The project included the replacement of the existing boiler, and associated pipework, located in the plant room at Cambridge University Library. The works also comprised the removal of asbestos pipework and the introduction of a temporary boiler whilst the works were being completed. The library was fully operational whilst the works were being carried out.
• Adddenbrookes Hospital, Island Site
  The works included cleaning, minor repair and planned redecoration works to the external façade of the CAB, LMB and CPE building, utilising full scaffolding and mobile access towers.
• Fitzwilliam Museum
  Works comprised the renewal of lantern copper covering and part of the sarking board, window replacement, plaster / glass / decorative repairs, structural repairs, access improvements, liaison and negotiation with local authority before producing documentation for listed building consent, internal lighting and security improvements.
• Old Metallurgy Building, Department of Zoology
  Refurbishment of laboratory areas over three floors which included the decontamination and removal of fume cupboards, new benching, mechanical and electrical services, sanding and re sealing of walls and a new glazed gallery area.
