ProjectTe Atamira

Te Atamira is a multi-purpose arts and cultural facility in Remarkables Park, Queenstown. The facility provides the Wakatipu region with a hub of creative spaces encompassing two dance studios; two theatre spaces; a recording studio; a pottery workshop; multiple artist studios and music spaces; a workshop classroom; curated art gallery; and a flexible youth-focused space. These spaces create opportunities for locals to foster creativity and experience performing and visual arts. 

TSA Riley was engaged to manage the fitout of the facility. Several spaces within the fitout had a requisite for high performing acoustics to ensure the facility would be fit for purpose. This was a fast-tracked delivery programme completed within an existing structure.

Our role included overseeing the procurement and delivery of materials from overseas. Notably, being a community driven project, challenging budget constraints were enforced and managed throughout the fitout.
