ProjectScenic Hotel, Queen Street

TSA Riley led the complete refurbishment of the 9-storey Scenic Hotel located in the heritage listed MLC building on Queen Street in Auckland. The project involved the replacement of all exterior glazing and extensive cladding repair and replacement works, along with the complete refurbishment of nine floors of hotel guest rooms and suites.

The works were carried out whilst maintaining the maximum possible hotel occupancy.
