ProjectPozieres Residential Aged Care Facility, Port Macquarie, NSW

TSA Management were appointed by RSL LifeCare as project managers for the development and delivery of Pozières Retirement Village, a 17 acre development in Port Macquarie’s beachside area.

Originally a greenfield site approved for development in 2001, TSA assisted with the development of Stage 1 and Masterplanning of Stages 2 and 3 to expedite delivery.  Responsibilities included management of procurement, design development, authority and planning approvals, with stakeholder management required throughout.

Stage 1 involved the delivery of 37 Independent Living Units with shared recreational village facilities, including a bowling green, pool and spa, on-site hair salon and gym opened to the public.  A further 68 units were provided in Stages 2 and 3, completed before the end of 2022.
