ProjectPowering Sydney’s Future
Powering Sydney’s Future (PSF) involved the delivery of a new underground electricity cable, and upgrades to 3 substations. PSF aimed to deliver reliable energy supply across Sydney and included:
- 20 kilometers of new 330kV underground cable
- a new cable to connect substations at Potts Hill and Alexandria
- an upgrade to substations at Potts Hill, Alexandria and Picnic Point.
TSA Riley was embedded in the roles of Project Controls Lead, Risk Manager, Project Scheduler and Project Engineer. We successfully contributed to the implementation of numerous robust, up-to-date, and user-friendly tools, systems, procedures, and documentation to assist the PSF project in construction delivery.
Our team also progressed a number of stagnant issues through to completion, as directed by the Project Director.
