ProjectNorth East Link Project Constructability and Cost Estimating

The North East Link Project (NELP) is a 26km motorway being built in Melbourne with a scale and complexity that has created significant challenges. TSA Riley was engaged to provide constructability and cost-estimating services.

We optimised design by assessing the constructability of proposed solutions and addressing critical risks to maximise value for money. The outcome was a robust constructability report to support the business case.

TSA Riley also provided procurement and contract management support to ensure cost-effective project development. We supported the initial business case and revised the approved business case to support refinements and changes to the design.

Working with the NELP team, we assisted with the planning and development of processes, people and systems to address the needs of the North-East Link Authority.
