Leading Global Bank

We have been working with the leading global bank since 2008 on their offices and critical facilities programme and data centre work stream. Our role includes the production and updating of master programmes, the production and publication of the Offices Operating Platform document and management of the bi-weekly transparency report. We work with individual stakeholder groups to improve protocols and deliver efficiency and manage the cost trackers to show liability and spend against the plan line.

The critical facilities projects involve the upgrade, replacement and enhancement of M&E services infrastructure to new and existing property. Offices projects involve a wide range of office development / refurbishment schemes of varying size and complexity.
