Providing cost consultancy and engineering cost management services, TSA Riley were appointed as the Quantity Surveyors for all three of H&M’s prestigious first four flagship stores and twenty one Red Stores in South Africa. The stores are finished to an incredibly high specification and range in size from 2,500m2 to 4,800m2.

We have also completed the following office projects for H&M:
