Heathrow Tunnel Refurbishment

With over 140,000 daily highway trips, the refurbishment of the road tunnel leading to Heathrow Airport’s Terminals 1, 2 and 3 was an impactful and essential project. It involved the fit out of life safety critical systems in the event of a major fire or accident.

We provided both change control management and commercial management functions together with programme delay assessment and audit, all leading to a final account settlement that both parties to the contract were happy with.
