ProjectEast London Line

London Overground East London Line is a Transport for London operated Overground line in London, England. It is an inner-city rail project that is part of a wider orbital rail line carried out under an NEC Option C Target Cost Contract. The contract included over 10km of new running line including five new stations and the modernisation and refurbishment of a further seven stations.

We provided both contract administration and programming support to the project, project and strategic services to the change teams and operational advice on contractual quantum and delay matters.
