Cannon Green Development, Central London, UK
TSA Riley was engaged by a cladding subcontractor whose scope of works was to construct a new glazed reception podium and associated works. We provided commercial advisory services and an Expert Report on EOT entitlement.

12-15 Finsbury Circus, Central London, UK
TSA Riley provided a cladding and windows subcontractor delay advisory services on matters concerning delays arising from late and disrupted access and variations to the subcontractor’s scope.

World Trade Centre Doha, Qatar
To provide an expert report on quantum in the matter of an Arbitration in the state of Qatar in accordance with QICCA rules of Arbitration. TSA Riley was instructed to independently investigate and form an expert opinion on the valuation of the Respondent’s Counterclaims.

Museum of the Future Project, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
TSA Riley was appointed to prepare a significant extension of time/additional cost claim for the purposes of negotiation with the Employer.

Abu Dhabi Airport Façade, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Engaged by a subcontractor to prepare an extension of time and loss and expense claim arising from significant variations to the subcontractor’s scope and on-site working sequence. The claims involved a detailed comparison of the original installation methodology against the revised methodology, considering the significant access issues faced by the subcontractor.

Riyadh Metro, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The façade/cladding subcontractor was appointed to design, fabricate and install the steel structures and associated cladding for all Riyadh Metro stations. From the outset of its works, the subcontractor suffered from numerous access issues and revisions to its approved design which were the subject of an extensive claim document prepared by TSA Riley.
