TSA Riley provided Cost Consultancy services and acted as an Employer’s Agent for the following projects:

Multi-Storey Car Park

The scheme consists of the addition of a further two floors of parking above the existing multi-storey car park to provide an additional 750 parking spaces. It forms part of the first stage of a wider transformation of the passenger car parking at the airport.

Silverzone Road Widening

Resurfacing / realignment of an existing access road, renewal of existing services, signage, road markings and electrical services together with the construction of a bus waiting area. The works are enabling works for a wider reorganisation of the airport parking facility.

CRCC Enabling Works

Diversion of a pumped main foul water sewer and construction of a reinforced concrete HGV parking area with associated drainage. The works are enabling works for a wider reorganisation of the airport car rental facilities.

Bus Waiting Building

Incorporated into Silverzone Road Widening.

Northside House

Refurbishment and re-configuration of an existing office including changing the security arrangements from landside to airside.
