Tom Kennedy

Tom Kennedy is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years in the construction industry. A member of TSA Riley’s Claims, Disputes & Expert Services team, he has extensive international experience across major oil & gas and civil engineering projects, having worked in a range of commercial roles. Tom has managed project costs across sectors including aviation, energy, commercial, education, and residential, overseeing all stages from feasibility to contract closeout. His expertise includes bill of quantities preparation, cost planning, progress valuations, change management, and final account resolution.
