Tim Marlow

Tim is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Building, as well as a member of the Academy of Experts. With extensive experience in the construction industry, he has worked for several leading UK-based construction companies. Tim is frequently appointed as an Expert on delay matters in litigation cases, international arbitration, and adjudication.

He has been cross-examined in arbitration and has participated in court-instructed discussions with opposing party experts. Tim’s expertise spans a wide range of construction sectors, including commercial, residential, power, civil engineering, and transportation. His work has taken him across the UK, Europe, the USA, and the Caribbean.
