Phil Roberts

Phil Roberts is a Principal in the TSA Riley Australian Advisory team and a commercial and construction contract professional. With over 35 years' experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors, Phil focuses on the management of commercial and contractual aspects for a wide variety of projects. His expertise includes the management of disputes and claims, preparation of expert quantum evidence and expert witness reports, commercial management, cost estimating and financial control, contract administration and procurement. Phil joined TSA Riley as part of DGA Groups’ integration into the business as the Contracts, Disputes and Expert Witness team.
