Matt Lindsay

Matt has been appointed as an Expert Witness, preparing expert
reports on delay-related matters and participating in expert meetings
for adjudication, mediation, arbitration and litigation. He has also
produced detailed analyses of extension of time claims. With
extensive expertise in developing construction programmes, he
applies critical path analysis techniques, resource scheduling, and
programme monitoring across major construction projects, including
roads, office buildings, hospitals, schools, residential developments,
hotels, and leisure facilities.

Matt is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the
Chartered Institute of Building. He earned an MSc in Construction
Law & Dispute Resolution from King’s College London with merit
and completed the RICS Adjudication Diploma. As a CEDR panel
adjudicator, Matt has extensive experience with all commonly used
contract forms.
