Gerard Krishnan

Gerard co-founded Xigo (now TSA Riley New Zealand) and is the Managing Director of TSA Riley’s Aotearoa New Zealand business. With over 35 years of experience within project consultancy in construction and the built environment, he has worked on international, multi-million-dollar projects including a long stint in London. His projects span various sectors, such as commercial and heritage buildings, rail and road infrastructure, land and residential development, industrial sites, and airports. Gerard is TSA Riley’s global executive sponsor for our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiative, ‘Thrive’, and he sits on the Property Council New Zealand’s DEI Committee.
