Gemma sits on the Australian Leadership Team and is the General Manager of TSA Riley's Carbon Advisory team, in our broader ESG offering. With 11 years at TSA Riley in project delivery and senior management roles, she leads the Carbon Advisory team in integrating ESG principles into the built environment—helping clients navigate decarbonisation, embodied carbon reduction, and net-zero strategies. Her focus is on aligning carbon advisory services with project delivery to drive real, scalable impact. Gemma’s career spans more than 20 years with foundations in project delivery within the built environment. She has led complex projects across London, the Middle East, and Aotearoa New Zealand, working with both public and private sector clients across commercial, hotel, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
