Dominic is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Director at TSA Riley. He is responsible for the provision of expert witness and dispute resolution services. Dominic has extensive live project experience of building, energy, infrastructure and industrial projects in the UK and internationally, which was gained by working for major contracting organisations and consultancies.
He is regularly appointed as an independent expert witness in the field of quantum (damages) on construction and engineering matters in mediation, adjudication and arbitration. Dominic has also been appointed as Joint Single Expert.
Dominic has an extensive understanding of standard forms of contract (including NEC2, NEC3, NEC4, JCT, FIDIC, PPC, ICE and ICC), and often provides training on their use.
