David Wilkie

David is Executive Director Market Growth for TSA Riley having led the NZ, NSW and Victoria businesses. He co-founded Xigo (now TSA Riley NZ) and has over 30 years of project management and advisory experience in various sectors, including museums, railways, healthcare, hotels and airports. Recently, David chaired the committee rewriting NZS3910, New Zealand’s standard construction contract.
