Andrew Pollard

Andrew is the Regional Director for the North of the UK & Ireland. With experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor spanning 40 years, Andrew has held several leadership roles across the business and was instrumental in developing and driving the client management programme. His responsibilities include enabling strategic growth by creating strong client-centric relationships, providing strong leadership, and collaborating with other regions to meet business goals.

Strategically minded, Andrew has extensive experience in both cost and project management. His key areas of expertise include advising on procurement strategies and construction programmes for large-scale developments and developing partnering philosophies which best support of clients needs.
