As General Manager – Commercial & Operations, Ali leads TSA Riley New Zealand's Finance and business support teams and is a key member of the New Zealand Leadership Team. She joined TSA Riley through the integration with Cequent Projects in 2022, bringing 20 years of experience across a diverse range of industries. Ali works closely with the Managing Director to support our Regional General Managers, ensuring strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and commercial success across New Zealand. With a strong accounting background, she is committed to driving financial performance, process improvements, and sustainable growth.
