At TSA we take a hands-on approach to our projects, we also extend this to our learning and ongoing professional development. Congratulations to the following people on their recent promotions:

Betsy Williams > People & Culture Advisor, Sydney – Betsy joined our People and Culture team three years ago. She has assisted the team in the growth of our business and been an integral part of keeping our teams connected throughout COVID-19.

Kerry Walters > Project Director, Sydney – Kerry joined our infrastructure team 6 years ago and has worked on several key projects for Transport for NSW. Most recently Kerry was involved in the Sydney Light Rail project as Technical Manager where she saw the project through to completion.

Meg Dutta > Senior Project Manager, Sydney – Meg has worked across several sectors during her time at TSA. She is dedicated to a design development processes that ensure project success and yield the best solution for clients’ long term. Meg is currently working on the Pitt Street Over Station Development for Investa and Oxford Properties Group, the first build-to-rent residential building in the Sydney CBD.

Ali Holland > Senior Project Manager, Sydney – Ali joined TSA 5 years ago and has worked on several projects for key clients including Health Infrastructure NSW, Schools Infrastructure NSW and most recently the Catholic Diocese of Parramatta. With exceptional interpersonal skills, Ali develops strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Ally Jeppesen > Senior Project Manager, Wellington – Ally joined TSA three years ago and has been working on projects in the health, education, local government, infrastructure and commercial property sectors. She is currently working on a student accommodation project for Victoria University of Wellington.

Martin Edgoose > Senior Project Manager, Canberra – For the past two years, Martin has been assisting our Government clients with the planning and delivery of construction projects. Martin is currently working with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade on the Australian High Commission in Kiribati in the South Pacific.

Hayley Bowyer > Senior Project Manager, Canberra – Hayley builds strong stakeholder relationships and thrive within a fast-paced working environment to fully respond to the needs of the client. She is currently seconded full time to the Department of Health to lead the delivery of several capital works projects Australia-wide.

Natasha Kousvos > Senior Project Manager, Canberra – Since joining TSA Natasha has been seconded as the Precinct Project Manager, for the Australian War Memorial Development in Canberra. The redevelopment is being managed as a program of works and Natasha has been working with the integrated management team across all projects within the program.

Christine Niu > Senior Project Manager, Melbourne – Christine joined our Melbourne office two years ago and is currently working on a new Learning and Library Hub on South West TAFE’s Warrnambool campus. This project comprises the refurbishment of a heritage listed building and connection of a new three-storey learning and library hub.

Isaac Conway > Project Manager, Newcastle – Isaac has been with TSA for two years, providing support to key projects within our health and education sectors. He is currently working on the $165 million Santa Sophia Catholic College, which is being delivered on an ambitious accelerated program with an innovative procurement strategy that incorporates a large element of offsite construction.

Katrina Park > Project Manager, Canberra – Katrina has been working on the Finlay Crisp project for Artifex Property Group. This refurbishment of three existing buildings will modernise and update the base building and provide updated office floors and foyer areas with a podium courtyard to create an activated, vibrant space.

Levi Harris > Assistant Project Manager, Brisbane – Levi has been working on the planning and delivery phases of the $535 million Tweed Valley Hospital development. Levi’s role involves assisting the integrated project team throughout the management of all aspects of the delivery of the project, from engagement of the contractor to completion and commissioning.
