About the role.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing KL-based team supporting our Project Consultants and Australian operations. This role plays a key part in delivering projects across a broad range of property and infrastructure sectors — including commercial office, education, healthcare, and more.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for all Australian-based projects, ensuring technical delivery across measurement, estimation, and cost reviews, while also managing workflow coordination with our Australian offices. Regular updates to the Associate Director on project status and potential risks will also form part of your responsibilities.

About the role.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing KL-based team supporting our Project Consultants and Australian operations. This role plays a key part in delivering projects across a broad range of property and infrastructure sectors — including commercial office, education, healthcare, and more.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for all Australian-based projects, ensuring technical delivery across measurement, estimation, and cost reviews, while also managing workflow coordination with our Australian offices. Key Responsibilities
- Cost Management: Undertake measurement and estimation tasks across pre-contract works.
- Employers Agent: Lead and manage contractual matters, issue instructions, and ensure project compliance.
- Contract Administration: Provide oversight and guidance on contractual processes and documentation.
- Sector Diversification: Work across a range of sectors including commercial, high-end residential, education, healthcare, and data centres.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage risks related to cost, contracts, and project delivery.
- Reporting: Deliver accurate cost forecasts, financial reporting, and analysis to support stakeholder decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and TSA colleagues across Australia, Malaysia, and the UK.
About you.
- A recognised degree in Quantity Surveying (UK, Australia, or Malaysia).
- 10 years’ experience, ideally with exposure to Australian projects.
- MRICS preferred; AIQS, BQSM, or RISM qualifications also accepted.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and building regulations.
- Proficient in CostX (essential) and other industry tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects to time and budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative mindset and positive attitude.
