TSA Riley provided Cost Consultancy, Contract Administration and Development Management services nationwide to the Co-operative Group since 2005. Taking projects from feasibility to delivery we have provided Cost Consultancy services to the Co-op on the following worksteams:
New Space / Acquisitions
TSA Riley typically deliver 80-90 new stores per annum taking each scheme from feasibility through to delivery. We also act as Development Managers providing Project Management services from inception up to contract exchange. Contractual co-ordination between ground works contractor and modular build contractor was paramount in the delivery of some of the new build stores.
Refits
We act as lead Cost Consultants on the refit workstream supporting the delivery of 100+ store refurbishments per annum.
Non-refit / minor works
Nationwide programme of compliance and capital investment projects, typically 250–400 projects were completed per annum between 2014 and 2019.
Facilities Management
TSA Riley has supported facilities management by working within planned asset renewal capital programmes.
Depots / Distribution Centres
TSA Riley have carried out cost consultancy services from several distribution centres.
Secondments
Several Senior TSA Riley staff were seconded into the Co-op to provide PM support services between 2014 and 2015.
TSA Riley also act as Development Managers for the Co-operatives New Space workstream, providing Project Management services from inception to contract exchange and then supporting the Co-operatives construction team with a Shell Monitoring service.
TSA Riley has been awarded the Co-operative Groups ‘Consultant of the Year’ three years in a row 2017, 2018 & 2019.
