ProjectSt Regis Student Accommodation

TSA Riley provided advisory, cost management and project management services to Clare College Cambridge for the development of the St Regis student accommodation. The project involved demolition of existing buildings so that 2 blocks of student accommodation could be constructed. There was a refurbishment and minor works to 108 Chesterton Road, providing 85 student residential units (a mixture of en-suite rooms, studios and flats). This project also included the construction of 14 residential flats for open market rent, together with all landscaping and associated infrastructure.

This project provides high quality and energy efficient accommodation to replace the existing outdated premises.
