TSA Riley acted as the Employer’s Agent, and provided cost consultancy services for the Sanctuary Housing Association projects, which include the following:

Nichols Court, Linton

Construction of 41 extra care self-contained flats (32 one-bed, eight two-bed and one one-bed guest flats) with associated communal areas.

Millbrook House, Soham

92-unit extra care scheme with associated communal facilities and external works.

Wimborne House, Gravesend

70 extra care / LD self-contained flats (39 one-bed and 31 two-bed) and associated communal areas.

Doddington Court, Doddington

Construction of 50 extra care self-contained flats, nine intermediate care self-contained flats and associated communal areas.

2011-15 Affordable Housing Programme

Projects included general needs housing, extra care housing, supported housing and housing for the homeless.
