ProjectRoden Street Mixed Use Development

Roden Street is a new development in Ilford, Essex which involved the demolition of an existing retail development to construct a new mixed residential scheme.

The development consists of a 452-space basement carpark, a 60,000 sq ft retail store, six retail units, 656 apartments, ten townhouses and 17 mews houses, as well as new public realm and podium landscaping.
