ProjectPhase 5 Campus Regeneration, UCLH
Phase 5 of the University College of London Hospitals’ (UCLH) campus regeneration project consists of a £63 million new state-of-the-art facility built adjacent to the Trust’s main buildings on their Bloomsbury campus.
The new hospital accommodates the relocated Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, the Eastman Dental Hospital and other head and neck services. The hospital encourages new ways of working within the two hospitals by providing flexible consultation and treatment rooms, multi-function seminar and training rooms, with state of the art audio-visual facilities, and comfortable patient waiting areas.
The project was designed in BIM Level 2, one of the first projects in the country to aspire to this standard.
