ProjectLoves Farm Estate Development

Loves Farm is an estate development, of which 40% of the dwellings are affordable social housing units provided via Bedford Pilgrims Housing Association. The affordable element consists of 16 parcels of housing providing 518 dwellings divided over four phases. 337 units were for social rent and 181 units were for shared ownership.
