ProjectImperial College London Balcony Construction

We provided cost consultancy services to Imperial College London.

The project involved the construction of a new balcony overlooking the Thames, toilets, changing facilities, and refurbishment of the existing function space, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom facilities to the accommodation block.

With the new facilities of a bar, kitchen and meeting space, ICL can benefit with increased event and conference trade whilst Sport Imperial can offer a wider range of rowing courses.
